I played with the font for the quote at the bottom of the poster, per Coni's suggestions. See two versions. I used Arial Regular / Abbott for the first; and Papyrus (which was my original font) / Abbott for the second. What do you think?
I think the contrast between the fonts is more clear in #1, so that would be my vote.
Did you actually SAY the words that you are emphasizing? Try it, and maybe you will end up with a slightly different set of words. What few words capture the distillation of all those words?
Not sure "being responsible" has really anything to do with the true point of the quote... but maybe that's just my interpretation of it.
Sorry I didn't get to my comments earlier. Time ran away from me yesterday! I like the Papyrus font better. I think it is a better contrast with the other font. I also don’t mind the original emphasis of words. That's just my two cents. : )
