Here is a reworked version with the swoosh moving behind the boys head. The "fun-filled" text is curved and on two lines rather than 3. Also the size of "fun-filled" was increased.
Greg - the changes you made seem to work well. One last thing would be the space directly above the line "A fun-filled...". This space is quite trapped, because it has elements on 3 sides and is up against the page trim edge. The result is an unintended shape that pulls our eyes to it - because we don't quite understand it.
I suggest you add some small repeating elements to this area, which will help highlight that line of type, and activate this empty space. For some reason I am seeing multi-colored stars bleeding in from the left and moving to the right... but maybe you'll decide on something else.
After you have attended to this issue - I believe it will be done. Nice job.
